Stockton Fire/EMS Open House

Saturday, May 22nd, 2010.  The Stockton Fire Department and Stockton EMS held an open house at the Stockton Fire Station.  All of the town’s equipment was available for inspection by the public, including the newest addition, the Polaris 6 wheel Drive Off Road Vehicle.  Information was available on how to become part of the emergency response team for all who were interested.  The Fire Department provided grilled hot Dogs, Brats and cold soda for donations. The highlight for the day was the visit of the New Spirit Helicopter from Marshfield Hospital.  The helicopter was scheduled to land around noon, but because of emergency response, was not able to make it until around 2pm.  Still a large crowd remained to welcome the landing and inspect the new bird.  The crew gave away souvenirs to all who wanted them and explained the apparatus of the craft to onlookers.  Thanks to the folks who are supporting our emergency personal.  Please enjoy the photos below!
