June 1, 2005 the Town of Stockton had 16 volunteer fire fighters certified and now in 2009, we have 20. They are now on call to respond to fires in the Town of Stockton . if you have an emergency call 911 and the Fire Dept. will be dispatched to you and if it is a major fire other fire dept's will also be called. The Town of Stockton has equipped our fire dept. with the necessary equipment, as fire engine, a tanker, brush truck, air paks, etc. to be independent as was the the desire of Town of Stockton residents. |
