June 1, 2005 the Town of Stockton had 16 volunteer fire fighters certified and now in 2007, we have 20 and 4 more in training . They are now on call to respond to fires in the Town of Stockton . if you have an emergency call 911 and the Fire Dept. will be dispatched to you and if it is a major fire other fire dept's will also be called. The Town of Stockton has equipped our fire dept. with the necessary equipment, as fire engine, a tanker, brush truck, air paks, etc. to be independent as was the the desire of Town of Stockton residents. |
